Let’s start with an uncomfortable question.
Do you actually know which AI tools your team is using at work?
Not which ones you approved. Which ones they are actually using.
Most business owners are confident they’ve got a handle on this. Then we look closer. And that confidence usually disappears faster than a free donut in the break room.
Generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Gemini didn’t roll into the office slowly. They kicked the door open, grabbed a chair, and started helping with emails, reports, brainstorming, and problem solving.
That part is great.

Training your team in a practical, non-scary way
