Responsibilities • Assist clients with hardware, software, and networking issues remotely and on-site as required • Work through the full ticket process — identify, research, troubleshoot, resolve, and document — independently • Identify client requirements and communicate them back to the appropriate team members • Document all work accurately and completely as it's completed • Communicate with clients and staff to schedule service tickets effectively • Review and prioritize outstanding support requests Required Skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — telephony, active listening, and genuine customer care • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly to changing priorities • Understanding of support tools and techniques used in a managed services environment • Experience with HaloPSA and NinjaRMM a plus. • Accurate and efficient typing skills for service request documentation • Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision • Proficiency in the following technologies: • Windows Server 2016, 2019, 2022, 2025 • Microsoft 365 • Windows 11 • Network routing, switches, and VLANs • Virtual server technologies Experience 2+ years of related experience in the field required. We're looking for a relationship-driven person who can manage and grow our existing client base while identifying and developing new business opportunities in our coverage area. The Role This is a split role — half account management, half business development. You'll be the connective tissue between our clients and our technical team, and the front line for bringing new clients into the business. Responsibilities • Manage and strengthen relationships with our existing client base • Follow up on active projects to ensure client satisfaction and completion • Identify and propose hardware, software, and service upgrades to existing clients • Find prospects in our coverage area who fit our ideal client profile • Execute outreach campaigns to introduce Wyant to prospective clients • Conduct follow-up calls to gauge interest and qualify fit • Vet prospects to confirm they have a genuine need and are a good match for our services • Set up discovery meetings between qualified prospects and our CEO What We're Looking For • Strong communication and relationship management skills • Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting professional follow-up • Organized, self-directed, and able to manage a pipeline independently • An interest in technology — you don't need to be a technician, but you need to be curious • Previous B2B sales or account management experience preferred Compensation Full-time. $40,000–$50,000 base salary plus commission.
