Great Service

Just wanted to let you know the install of the Meraki went super smooth. Josh did an excellent job on site — I didn’t even notice the blip of down time.

This was the first time I worked with Josh and he was great! I really appreciated the time he spent with me to demonstrate the portal and learn how to set up agents to work remotely.

Adam, I cannot thank you enough for the time you took with Dan Dingeman’s brother when you went to his home to assist with the wireless networking issues.

Dan called me personally and extended his sincere gratitude and thanks for the way you professionally and compassionately treated his brother and mother.

Adam went way above the call of duty when he spent extra time with Dan’s brother listening to him tell stories and having him look at different collections of things that he has accumulated over the years.

We all wanted to send a BIG THANKS and let you know how thrilled we are at The Minervini Group to have Wyant as our Virtual Network Solutions Provider. Our computer/network needs aren’t demanding enough for a full-time network person, so what could be better than having someone on-call to handle issues as they come up.

Before signing up for the Gold Package, Raymond and I were trying to split our time between our “real jobs” and maintaining the network, which was eating up an enormous amount of our time. The Gold Package is one of the best business decisions we’ve ever made. It now allows Raymond and I to focus on our work and avoid the constant interruptions of being asked to resolve workstation and network issues. Besides … it would take Raymond and I three times as long as people in your office to solve an issue, because you are trained and stay up on the latest and greatest in the computer world.

Some of the features we love about the Gold Package are being able to submit a service ticket, and get a resolution to our issues within a fairly short amount of time. Emergency tickets have always been solved immediate. Nothing seems to fall through the cracks with your Help Desk, as they have called me to remind me of issues I forgot about and asked if we still need them solved.

Also send Mike a personal Thanks for us! We love seeing him once per week, and he’s so very patient with us. We also love that you’re proactive and let us know when he’s coming, because I tell people to gather their questions or issues so they’re prepared. Oh … and be sure to tell Tom we also think he’s the best! It’s nice to know that if someone in your office is unable to handle an issue we have him for backup.
